New leases ind the beginning of 2023

The first major step of a 60,000 m² storage and logistics building in Taulov Dry Port are rented to some of Denmark's largest retail, food and transport companies, such as Maersk and Salling Group. Therefore, we are  expanding with the next large generic building of 60,000 m², which is ready for lease in the beginning of 2023.


Attractive warehouse facilities  

The new warehouse will be constructed as one large building with a length of 600 meters and with a height of 12.5 metres. The building will be divided into flexible leases from 5,000 metres and up and with 9 gates per. unit. This gives customers optimal logistics facilities with flexible interior design options, which can be adapted to the individual company.

Taulov Dry Port is located in one of Denmark's largest transport hubs with easy access to the motorway network, the railway, the Port of Fredericia and Billund Airport.

Taulov's central location ensures that last-mile distribution can be carried out quickly and efficiently.

In the future, we will i.a. offer our tenants green electricity at an attractive price and make sure they can refuel green fuels in the area.
