Since 2017, Taulov Dry Port has built a total of 100,000 m² of storage and logistics properties that are rented as customised headquarters solutions or as generic warehousing solutions.
We have built headquarters for several companies, including one of Europe's largest agribusiness companies, DLG, one of Denmark’s leading metal product recyclers, H.J. Hansen, as well as a number of smaller companies. A common denominator for their decision to move their activities to Taulov Dry Port has been the desire for a central location, and thus optimisation of their logistics, along with the possibility of connecting imports and exports via port, railway, or motorway network.

Behind the development of Taulov Dry Port are two well-established and visionary partners in the form of Denmark's largest pension company PFA and port operator ADP A/S, who are also in charge of the entire process from idea to financing, design and finished project.
This offers security in an often lengthy and complex decision-making process that is the establishment of a new headquarter. We offer a unique partnership, where consulting the customer about everything, from building design to transport flow, is incorporated into our agreements.
