Our quays are designed for handling large and heavy project cargo. The Port of Fredericia operates six luffing cranes and four mobile cranes, and with a lifting capacity of each 125 tonnes the customers benefit from high efficiency in handling all sizes of cargo ships and cargo types.

Large open areas at the Port of Nyborg
The Port of Nyborg has around 359,460 m² of open area right next to 11 metres of water, making the port ideal for large projects and project cargoes requiring a lot of space. Moreover, the Port of Nyborg houses northern Europe’s most modern facilities for the handling of steel coils and has in recent years, gained considerable expertise as an assembly and shipping port for large offshore wind turbine projects.
Being located only one kilometre from the motorway E20, the Port of Nyborg has an optimal location in relation to the efficient distribution of the goods.
