The development of a new, modern and sustainable district in Frederica near the city center and the waterfront by the Little Belt is well under way. Port House is a newly built office building in Fredericia that consists of two buildings of a total of 8,052 m², offering attractive commercial leases where the size and interior can be tailored to fit the needs of each company.

Port House ll

ADP is also developing Port House ll, which will have a close location to Port House l in Fredericia. A synergy is created for common facilities such as the meeting centre, canteen and the parking area. Port House II will have a total area of 2,600 m² commercial leases primarily for offices and other service and business purposes.
