A.P. Moller - Maersk and Taulov Dry Port sign off one of the most innovative agreements within sustainable logistic and warehouse facilities in Denmark.
A. P. Moller - Maersk and Taulov Dry Port forms the future cooperation between the two companies with a market leading logistic and warehouse setup placed near the Port of Fredericia, the core railway hub and the motorways. The agreement has a total estimated potential of 1 billion DKK in domicile and warehouse investments.
The agreement will be the most innovative within the Danish maritime and logistic sector, and it will strengthen and accelerate Taulov Dry Port as one of the leading European transport hubs offering competitive storage, multimodal transport and logistic solutions based on rail, truck and vessel.
The location of A.P. Moller Maersk’ land based transport- and logistic activities in Taulov Dry Port means, that the two companies jointly can approach the global market with 360-degree flexible and sustainable solutions within logistic services, warehouses, multimodal transport solutions, storage and handling of cargo as well as port terminal services.
With the agreement A.P. Moller Maersk will be the preferred logistic operator in Taulov Dry Port and will on behalf of their customers manage the operation of the warehouses in the dry port.
The warehouse investments are jointly financed between ADP and PFA with A. P. Moller - Maersk as a tenant.

A joint venture with Denmark’s largest pension company PFA
Taulov Dry Port is a joint venture between the two strong parties of ADP and PFA. Since the establishment of the joint venture in October 2017, the two parties have taken important strategic steps in the development of Taulov Dry Port with very large investments in commercial land as well as large scale and flexible warehouse projects for some of the largest companies within various industries.
The next strategic step in the development of Taulov Dry Port is now taken by welcoming A. P. Moller - Maersk as a preferred logistic operator.

Taulov Dry Port owns approximately 900,000 square meters of commercial land for logistic projects with an attractive location on the core European transport corridor, pointed out by the EU, providing easy access to European and Scandinavian markets with fast lead times.
